CoreVoice is an application that transforms your phone or tablet into a sophisticated assistive communication device, focusing on providing users with access to 80% of the essential "core" words commonly used in everyday communication. Developed by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, this application aims to enhance communication for individuals experiencing communication disorders.

The user interface allows for the construction of sentences through a simple touch mechanism, where users select individual words and press a designated sentence bar to vocalize their constructed message. The flexibility of this system is evident in features that enable users to delete entire sentences or remove words incrementally.

CoreVoice boasts a range of customizable features designed to improve user experience. These include the option to have each word spoken upon selection, adjustable grid zoom levels, access to quick phrases, and the ability to mask or hide certain buttons. Furthermore, the app provides a large keyboard and straightforward voice selection functions. Users can personalize any button with their own photos from the camera or gallery, emojis, and create an unlimited number of custom boards, each capable of containing up to 600 icons with touch-to-speak functionality. The application also accommodates various grid sizes by allowing automatic enlargement for enhanced usability, which is particularly beneficial for users requiring larger switches.

Available in both English and Spanish, CoreVoice supports the creation of custom boards for any language. Additionally, it offers the functionality to export and share boards across different devices, enhancing its versatility and accessibility.
